How does purchasing work on your site?
It’s easy! Simply browse the diverse range of offered products. When you find something you love, add it to your cart. You can purchase items from multiple different vendors in one single transaction. Once your order is placed, it will be sent directly to each respective vendor to prepare and send off.
How will my orders be delivered?
Each vendor is responsible for packaging and arranging for your purchased items to be couriered directly to you. This means if you order from multiple vendors, you’ll receive separate packages from each one.
What about delivery costs?
The price shown for every listed item excludes the delivery cost, as each vendor will courier their own supplied items directly to you.
Each vendor specifies their own flat-rate delivery charge, which will be added to your cart as a separate line item at the bottom. If you order from more than one vendor, there will be a separate delivery charge from each vendor.
We encourage vendors to offer discount coupons for multiple item purchases so they can be packaged and sent off together, as this will save you money on both the items and the courier costs.
What if I need to return an item or get a refund?
Returns and refunds are handled directly with the vendor you purchased from. Our site acts as a platform to connect you with these amazing creators. Please reach out to the specific vendor if you have any issues with your order.
While we encourage direct communication between you and the vendor, if a dispute arises that you can’t resolve, our site will step in to help mediate and settle the issue.
Can I request custom-made items?
Absolutely! Many of our vendors offer customized and made-to-order items.
Use the ” Got a Question?” button on the listing to contact the vendor directly. This is a general communication channel that you can use for any questions you may have for the vendor, so please include in the support ticket title the listing description that you’d like an answer for.
